The Dash Mini Waffle Maker uses a four-inch cooking surface and a manufacturer-listed 350 watts, giving RV owners a compact electric breakfast appliance with a much lower draw than many full-size kitchen devices.

Quick verdict: A useful little appliance for hookups or a properly sized inverter system when you are content making one small waffle at a time. Its tiny footprint saves cabinet space, but batch cooking for a family is slow.

Why 350 watts matters

RV electrical planning is about total load, not only one appliance. A 350-watt waffle maker leaves more headroom than a large griddle, but it still shares the circuit with the converter, refrigerator, water heater and other devices. On limited campground service, turn off unnecessary high-draw loads.

For battery operation, confirm the inverter’s continuous rating, surge capability, waveform requirements and wiring. A 350-watt appliance can consume roughly 350 watt-hours if operated continuously for an hour, plus inverter loss. Actual cooking sessions are shorter, but the calculation shows why battery capacity matters.

Cooking and cleanup

The dual nonstick plates heat from both sides and the device has a simple plug-in design. Preheat on a stable, heat-resistant counter with space around the cord. The small surface works for waffles, hash browns and similar foods, but avoid recipes not supported by the manual.

The plates are not removable. Unplug the maker, let it cool and wipe it according to Dash’s directions. Never immerse the electrical appliance. The product uses PTFE for nonstick properties, which Dash discloses on its product page.

Who it fits

  • Solo travelers and couples making one serving at a time.
  • Small RV kitchens with limited cabinet space.
  • Campers who want an electric option during fire restrictions when campground rules permit.
  • Battery systems sized for the load and cooking duration.

Our buying take

The Dash Mini is appealing because its modest size and 350-watt rating suit compact RV living better than many countertop appliances. It is a convenience tool, not a fast family breakfast machine. Buyers who need several waffles at once should compare a larger maker and its higher electrical demand.
