LevelMatePRO+ is a mounted Bluetooth leveling sensor that sends side-to-side and front-to-back correction information to a compatible phone or tablet. This editorial guide is based on current manufacturer information and practical RV-use considerations; RV Gear Scout did not perform hands-on testing.

Quick verdict

The system can remove guesswork by showing how much a wheel or end of the RV needs to rise, but accuracy depends on rigid mounting and careful calibration when the RV is known to be level. It does not lift the RV, replace leveling blocks, secure wheels, or make a campsite surface stable.

Mounting and calibration are the foundation

Choose a rigid, protected surface that moves with the RV body and matches the orientation required in the current instructions. A flexible panel or loose adhesive mount can create inconsistent readings. Level the RV with a trusted reference first, then calibrate the app; calibrating on a merely comfortable-looking site stores the error.

Our Andersen Camper Leveler review and Camco FasTen blocks review cover two ways to create the height the app requests.

Use the display as guidance, not authority

Move slowly and have one person watch wheel position, obstacles, people, slides, stabilizers, and utilities. Stop before reaching the end of a ramp or stack. Recheck with an independent level if a reading seems wrong. Phone orientation, Bluetooth range, stored calibration, or a shifted sensor can all mislead.

Level first, stabilize second

Side-to-side leveling is normally handled at the wheels; front-to-back leveling uses the tongue jack or the motorhome system as directed by the RV manufacturer. Chock before unhitching. Stabilizers reduce movement after leveling and generally are not intended to lift or correct major height differences. The BAL X-Chock review explains that stabilization is not parking restraint.

Who should buy it?

It is most helpful for solo setup, frequent campground changes, or long rigs where a bubble level is hard to see from the driver’s seat. It is less necessary for campers satisfied with simple levels and a repeatable two-person process. Confirm phone compatibility and the exact model’s power or battery arrangement before ordering.

Bottom line

LevelMatePRO+ can make leveling faster, but only after precise calibration and a safe physical process. Keep real chocks and blocks, move in small increments, and verify surprising readings before continuing.
